After Typhoon Tino and Super Typhoon Uwan, millions of people were left without homes, clean water, or basic services. Families in areas like Cebu, the Dinagat Islands, and the Bicol region faced food shortages, damaged shelters, and unsafe living conditions in overcrowded evacuation centers. 

Our support provided urgent needs, including food assistance, clean drinking water, hygiene supplies, emergency shelter materials, and emotional support for displaced families. Action Against Hunger quickly deployed emergency teams to assess conditions and deliver aid while working closely with local partners. 

This month’s spotlight honors the impact of fast action and long-term care. Through emergency response and resilience focused programs, Action Against Hunger helps families recover today while preparing communities for future challenges.
