Infinite Cares is proud to support Friends of Karen as our October Infinite Cares cause. For more than 45 years, Friends of Karen has provided emotional, financial, and advocacy support to families caring for a child with a life-threatening illness. Their mission is to ensure that no family faces a medical crisis alone. The organization helps cover essential expenses and offers sibling support and counseling to help families maintain stability during difficult times.

This month’s spotlight was inspired by our friend and partner GinaMarie Napoli of STV, who shared her family’s personal experience with Friends of Karen. Thirteen years ago, GinaMarie’s sister was diagnosed with cancer at just three years old. Friends of Karen stepped in to support her family and made a lasting impact. GinaMarie has stayed connected to the organization ever since, volunteering her time and recently joining her mother on the Friends of Karen Bike Tour.

Her story is a powerful reminder of the compassion and strength that defines Friends of Karen. We are honored to support their mission and help raise awareness for the incredible work they do.
